We recommend continuing to use the recipes you have always used and like! You may need to experiment to get the right mix of flour, but home ground flour can be usually be used to replace white flour.
Remember that cooking is an art and not a science. Don’t be afraid to experiment.
Some tips:
- Freshly ground flour soaks up more liquid than shop bought flour, try varying the amount of liquid or flour.
- Try, try and try again! You will get there.
