How much is postage and packaging? Postage and packaging within the UK is included in the prices shown on the website, no extra costs will be added to your order. Please contact us for postage prices outside the UK. Is the product range here all you offer? Most of the products we sell are offered online, however we have access to a much wider product range and can usually source most requests by customers. Please feel free to call or write to use about something that you might not be able to find on our website. Do the mills come with an English plug? All the mills from KoMo come with an English plug. Some of the other mills may come with a German plug. You can either change the plug or buy an adaptor (usually available in your local supermarket). Do the mills run on UK 240 Volt? All electric products run on UK 240 volts. What happens in cases of warranty? Please contact us and we will assist you to help you get any problem sorted. What can I grind with my mill? You can grind all grains (from wheat, spelt, rye, kamut, millet, rice, ...). Oats can only be ground on a coarse setting. Ask us any specific question you might have. |
